I just received my black FC Mobile II this morning and it is great to get to play my old games again. I think that they deserve credit for going above and beyond what is expected. they added a metal screw to the battery door in case the plastic tab ever breaks off (i have never seen anyone do that before), they added an AV out so you can play it on your TV (only Sony has done that to my knowledge with the PSP Slim, but you had to pay extra for the cable), plus 2 controllers and a light gun. no other ... I received my FC Mobile II yesterday and tried to play it today. I was sadly disappointed. I wrongly expected everything to work and work well. As the unit is on the bulky side with controls on the left and the right of the screen, and very stiff, it is not easy controlling/coordinating moving and firing at the same time. This system appears great on paper. However in real life you'll soon notice that the screen is very poor and can give you migranes in side-scrolling games. Also, the wireless controllers are inaccurate and has poor connectivity. Last and definetely worst is that the cartridge port loses connectivity with carts very easily if shaken. You might think "well, don't shake it then" but try playing an intense game like any Mega Man and you'll feel my pain when your trying to blast off as many shots you can as fast ... Read More

I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about. This little handheld is fantastic. The games don't crash because they can move around. I have rarely if ever experienced any crashes. In fact I just played Megaman 2 all the way through the other night. Furthermore, the battery life is fantastic. The system itself takes four double A batteries which last at least 8-10 hours, comparable to the battery life of the original game boy, which is fantastic considering the screen is backlit. The controls are ... Read More
