When installing these screen protectors, I didn't remember to go slowly and thought I would regret it, but it did not result in any bubbles! It went on perfectly without much effort on my part at all. I don't even notice it there unless I turn my iPod off and shine it under a bright light. Then there is a sort of rainbow effect on the screen. But it's not noticeable at all otherwise. There is no glare either.
