I was a bit confused when I received this. I thought the tracks seen in the picture were part of the decoration. Only the background, 1 train and 2 rings come in the package. The rest I had to create with decorative frosting.

I purchased this item for my four year old grandson's birthday cake. I was extremely happy with the shipping process and packaging of the item. My grandson is HEAVILY into Thomas the tank engine, so when I saw this advertised, I knew I just had to order it. Not only is it a cake topper, but once the cake was eaten, it then becomes a toy. So the value of this item is well worth the price.
