This DVD concert has historic, musical, and iconic value for many, but for Elvis fans, it presents the King at his best. Aloha from Hawaii Via Satellite has been in my personal collection for decades now, but I continue to share it with others, specifically my students, so they can begin to understand what all the fuss was about.

I've been an Elvis fan for lots of years but for some reason have missed the years that made up the later years of his life. I had watch this concert live on TV and also had recorded it on VHS some years later and I still have it. However, now that we have a large screen LCD HDTV I ordered this DVD one night and it was delivered just several days later. Is all I can say is that this DVD exceeded my expectations by a long shot.
