This is one of the albums I've been waiting for since that horrible day Elvis left us.
The mix is finally improved in such a way that his band is finally given the credits it deserves.
I never understood why the record labels always put his band in the background mix (except for the guitars and drums)... How to choose an Elvis CD? Just buy this one. Others have reviewed the numerous choices song by song and I bought this one and one other. Listening to the different albums it is clear that some are a tamed down Elvis but this is it dude -- Elvis live and raw and rockin'. You won't be disappointed although you may have a hard time choosing another one to buy that can equal this one. Some of the same cuts are on other albums but this is ALL live. Just buy it and enjoy!
