I love this movie!!! I first saw it as a high school play. One day I was going through the cable listing and found this wonderfully funny silly movie. It has so many great actors, especially Carol Burnett. Must see!

Even though there isn't a very substantial plot here and some of the scenes may come across as a little awkward (as this is a movie translation of a famous play), it's often quite funny anyway. The all-star cast is very good and the slapstick may be corny at times, but well done. Overall not a brilliant film, but a good effort.

I enjoyed this, but expected more from the non-stop raves here. It is indeed very funny at points, and Caine, Ritter and the cast in general are tight, but after a while it started feeling rather like the British sex romps it mocks. Carry On Caine might have been a better title (anyone who remembers those campy films knows what I mean).

A barrel of fun so fast you can't keep up with the laughs. Hard to catch your breath. Excellent acting with unbelieable pace.

this is one of my favorite movies. i have been looking for a while for it, so when i found it for such a good price, i decided it was worth it. the copy skipped a bit in the middle of the film and the overall picture quality was poor (although the seller may have no control over that).
