I've had this book on my wish list for many months, but the price always kept me from ordering it (my wish list is mainly for my own benefit). As another reviewer said, if you are a pro or seasoned haunter (like I am) there might not be any new information in this book for you. That being said if you are a beginner that wants to go beyond what MOST of your neighbors are doing, then this book will be helpful. And it definately has alot of Halloween eye candy for anyone who looks inside. If you're just getting into making halloween props, this is a good book to start with. The explanations are clear, and the photos that illustrate the directions are of good quality. Most of the projects are easily constructed, even if you have limited skills and tools. I got this as a gift for my daughter, who enjoys making creepy halloween masks and costumes, and she's already planning for next year's halloween with some of the projects.

This book is everything it says it is. It is wonderfully illustrated with high res photos and printing and it has some great ideas on how to masterfully decorate your house for Halloween. The cost of the various props and materials required to make the clever decorations in this book is quite cheap but the finished product is priceless.
